Kevin Federline says he plans to release a fitness DVD sharing some of his health and exercise secrets. He claims that he has packed on some pounds due to stress and pressure in his life involving the custody battle and trying to care for his kids while shielding them from Britney Spears’ breakdown earlier this year. However, he’s ready to get back into shape and figures it’s a good time to market himself a little bit while he’s at it.

He said, “I plan to get back to looking ripped and sexy again - I know I have let it all go but watch me fly this year.”

The custody settlement reached last week, between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, is now finalized. Attorneys for the two appeared in from of Commissioner Gordon in the L.A. Family Court and presented the agreement to him. Gordon, in turn, approved the settlement and made it official.

“She’s thrilled,” the pop star’s attorney Laura Wasser told PEOPLE. “To have more time with her kids has been her motivation to get well. In light of her outstanding conservatorship, she couldn’t have asked for anything more.”

Just in case you missed it, Kevin maintained full custody of the boys while Britney – who is currently allowed two visits and one overnight per week – will get an additional sleepover by year’s end. Britney also agreed to increase Kevin’s child support to ,000 a month (a ,000 increase) and pay off his 0,000 legal bill.

Reportedly, Britney Spears is working out details for a possible new movie role. Her first movie, Crossroads didn’t exactly win her critical acclaim. The movie in general got some pretty weak reviews, and Britney’s acting specifically got a lot of snark. However, this new potential movie is no teenage angst coming-of-age story - if Britney gets the role, it may be the most shocking thing we’ve seen.

The movie in question is The Knoxville Carjacking Party which is based on the true story of two students who were carjacked, raped, tortured, and eventually killed in 2007. If Britney gets the role it will involve a lot of intense sado-masochistic sex scenes and there’s a great deal of question as to whether Britney can handle the scenes.

A “movie insider” (whatever that means!) was quoted as saying, “While it’s thought Britney can handle any average sex scenes, these scenes have a lot of intensity in them. She would have to raise her performance level to endure some of these scenes.”

It would definitely capture people’s attention if she can land the role and pull it off. Do you think Britney can handle this movie role? Do you think she even SHOULD take this role?

After the great news that Britney Spears may be returning to the VMAs I started thinking about what I would love to see.

I think that if Britney does indeed hit the stage, it’s most likely going to be to perform “A Piece of Me”. I absolutely love that song - it gets a lot of airplay in my living room. However, I’d love to see a double performance. I’d like to see a medley of some of her old hits, maybe “Hit Me Baby One More Time”, “Stronger” which was always my favorite, and “Toxic” or something high energy, and then lead in to a full performance of “A Piece of Me” complete with dancers dressed and acting as paparazzi.

If it was well choreographed it could all work really well together, showing Britney’s rising fame leading up to the point where she can’t walk out her front door without someone sticking a camera in her face.

When it comes to VMA’s, Britney have had a handful of performances in the past decade some more memorable, others less memorable but following last year’s train wreck people seem to only remember the bad one and forget the good.

Well, Britney may have another shot at making things better and hitting the red carpet as a deserving artist in the upcoming VMA. She has been named in a long list of nominations for Best Female Video for her song and video Piece Of Me.

It’s official! Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s custody settlement was reportedly signed on Friday by the judge on the case, which brings an end to what’s been a nearly two-year custody battle.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, K-Fed kept sole custody of their two sons in the deal - agreeing to allow Britney two visits and one overnight per week with the chance of an additional overnight as long as there aren’t any setbacks before year’s end.
