Today was a big day for and un-doubtfully a stressful one. Does she ditch the conservatorship and tries handling life alone again or extends it and stay secured (& limited).

Well, following another day at court from which Britney was absent, Brit’s conservatorship was extended until the end of the year with a progress review scheduled for October 28th.

“The extension of the conservatorship was at the request and suggestion of Britney’s doctors,” says a source close to the singer. “They’ve indicated she’s made great improvement, but it’s a work in progress. Jamie Spears doesn’t want the conservatorship to last a day longer than the doctors recommend.” [source]

Jamie Spears (aka Britney’s dad), was named temporary conservator of Brit’s affairs on Feb. 1, this was after she went through 2 forced hospitalizations in January.
