On the set for the second day in a row, Katie Holmes was hard at work on Wednesday (July 16) as part of her guest appearance on ABC’s critically acclaimed show Eli Stone.

According to press reports, the 29-year-old Mad Money star’s return to network television will feature her singing and dancing as a nonprofit attorney.

Once again finding trouble with the law, comedian Andy Dick was arrested early on Wednesday morning (July 16) outside of a bar in Murrieta, California.

The 42 year old comedian was described by police officers as “extremely intoxicated” at the time of his arrest, being arrested on drug and sexual battery charges after he allegedly lifted up a 17-year-old girl’s top in the parking lot.

Andy Dick arrested

Andy Dick was arrested in Murrieta, California, earlier this morning on suspicion of drug possession and misdemeanor sexual battery. He allegedly pulled a 17-year-old girl’s top down and groped her breasts. When cops searched him, they found weed and xanax in his pocket. The Riverside Press-Enterprise says:

Dick, 42, was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. in the parking lot near the Buffalo Wild Wings at 40484 Murrieta Hot Springs Road.

He was being held this morning at the Southwest Detention Center with a bail amount set at ,000. (Source)

In Dick’s defense, he did think the girl was 17-and-a-half, so, ya’ know, it’s not entirely his fault.

UPDATE: TMZ scored some pics of Dick inside the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant shortly before his arrest. Apparently Dick was so drunk and obnoxious that his friend bailed on him, leaving him alone at the restaurant

Jessica Alba is some kind of badass. In the new issue of OK! magazine — featuring the exclusive first pics of her baby Honor Marie Warren — she makes child delivery sound kinda easy:

“I didn’t scream. It was really Zen.” The Love Guru star tells OK! that she had natural birth. “The labor was more like meditation,” she says. “I did yoga breathing. I was focused.”

While husband Cash added:

“She didn’t make a sound. It was amazing.” (Source)

Damn this chick is hardcore. I could never give birth naturally without making a sound. And not just because I don’t have a uterus. I’m afraid of pain. I get an epidural every time I go to the dentist’s office. You can’t be too careful.

I guess Seth MacFarlane is dating Amanda Bynes now or something. You know Seth as the creative force behind Family Guy and American Dad. Anyways, yeah, he’s totally whipped. From the entertainment powerhouse that is the Knoxville News Sentinel:

[Seth and Amanda] turned up at the Fox summer press tour party together. He was like a puppy following her around. Seth is normally accessible at these functions. But after only a couple of minutes — literally because I have the timer recording to prove it — Amanda was having none of it. She walked away from his side and started strolling the party without him. Seth smiled, apologized and announced his date was getting away from him. Is anyone surprised that Seth is following Amanda around like a lost “puppy”? Look at the guy. He’s a cartoonist dating a young and hot Hollywood starlet. That combination of couple is about as rare as a Malibuan Duck-Billed Platypus.* If Seth wants to date someone that won’t make him so pussy-whipped, he should try someone a little more in his league: like Kelly Osbourne, Kirstie Alley, or Quagmire.

Steven Page arrested

Barenaked Ladies’ frontman Steven Page was arrested Friday after police caught him with cocaine. E! Online says:

According to the Manilus Police Department, the 38-year-old musician and two women were holed up in an apartment in Fayetteville, just outside of Syracuse, at approximately 2 a.m. Friday, when a patrol unit arrived on scene to inspect a nearby car with its driver’s side door left open.

While investigating the “suspicious vehicle,” officers noticed Page and 25-year-old companion Stephanie Ford seated in an apartment kitchen with “an unknown white capsule in front of them.” After confronting the pair, police performed a field test and determined the substance was cocaine. (Source)

What kind of world are we living in where you can’t drive on the sidewalk, grope a teen’s breasts, or do a few lines in the privacy of your own kitchen? I blame Bush. He’s turning this country into a damn police state.

Editing of the upcoming video with Britney Spears which was created for Maddona’s tour is not yet finished but bits and pieces of it have already leaked.

According to sources of USMag “She [was] shot in the elevator that is surrounded by seven cameras.”

“Britney walks into the elevator wearing a black hoodie, and you can’t see it’s her at first,” the source adds. “As the elevator goes up, it becomes clear it’s Britney and she’s anxious and nervous.”

Realizing she can’t get out, she “starts to kick the wall and hit things,” the source adds. “At one point she screams into the camera.”

Her parting shot? Spears, 26, takes off her hoodie, looks straight into the camera and says her infamous lyric: “It’s Britney, b-tch!”

The SUN (UK) released a confirmation that according to their sources, Britney shot a nude scene for the video as well.

Lastly, E! online says they have stills shots from the scene and that they will be releasing them early next week (Monday?).

As was mentioned yesterday, Britney Spears was spotted leaving the B2V salon in Beverly Hills sporting a whole new look. Her dark blond hair has been lightened to a much lighter shade than we’ve ever seen on her before. I have to say that I love this new hairstyle on her. The color really suits her and makes her look less run down than she did over the past little while.
